Dr Yeh graduated from University of Newcastle and subsequently completed his surgical training at Royal North Shore Hospital and St Vincent's Hospital. He then completed 2 years of post fellowship training in advanced laproscopic colorectal surgery at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane and Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Expanding his interest in minimally invasive surgery, he undertook further training in robotic surgery at two world renowned robotic colorectal units - Prof Seon-Hahn Kim at Korea University Anam Hospital in Seoul, South Korea as well as Prof David Jayne at St James University Hospital in Leeds, UK.
He has special interest in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) of the colon and rectum and proctology. He also has an interest in minimally invasive surgery for general surgical conditions such as hernia and gallbladders.
Dr Yeh has a special interest in teaching and is a Conjoint Lecturer with Western Sydney University. He is actively involved in teaching of medical students at both Campbelltown and Liverpool Campus. He is also actively involved in teaching of surgical trainees and is an instructor in courses run by the Royal Australasia College of Surgeons.
