The 2018 ACMA Chinese New Year Celebration was held at the Dragon Boat Restaurant in Sydney, on 24/2/18. Over 100 ACMA members, their families and friends attended the dinner to welcome the Lunar Year of the Dog.
The event started off with a spectacular Lion Dance. Children and adults alike joined in the excitement of attacting the 'Lions' attention, by offering lucky red-packet money. Dinner was then served, and guests were treated to a professional musical performance by One Groove. The magic show that followed was definitely a highlight of the evening, with guests joining in the fun and games.
The 2017 HSC Achiever’s Awards were awarded to William Chua and Tiffany Lai. The event concluded with a lucky draw donated by our sponsor DMH and also Pitt Travel. Congratulations to the prize winners, and ACMA wishes all its members a happy and prosperous 2018.
